Welcome to the IP & Counterfeit Detection module. As a digital publishing platform hosting thousands of independent creators, our integrity is our most valuable asset. This module will train you to identify and intercept fraudulent content before it reaches our subscribers.

Why Your Role Matters

As a global platform, we rely on "Safe Harbor" protections under international law, including the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and the DMCA.

If our platform unknowingly monetizes stolen web novels, pirated videos, or counterfeit artwork, we lose that protection. Your ability to spot IP infringement protects original creators from theft, and protects the company from massive financial liability.

Policy Update: Premium Content Verification

Due to recent regulatory scrutiny, our moderation guidelines for monetized content have been strictly updated.

What is Changing: We are shifting from post-publish reactive takedowns to pre-publish manual verification for all new Premium-tier creator bundles.

What We Must Control: We are implementing strict, zero-tolerance controls over metadata keyword stuffing (trademark abuse) and visual media manipulation (blurring watermarks or cropping artist attribution).
